The wedding of Dr. Prasiddha NR, daughter of actor Deepan (also known as Ramachandran, of Mudhal Mariyadhai fame) and granddaughter of the late Dr. M.G. Ramachandran and Mrs. Janaki M.G.R., was solemnized this morning in a traditional and graceful ceremony at Green Park, Vadapalani, Chennai.

Dr. Prasiddha, who has excelled both in academics and sports, completed her schooling at Church Park School, Chennai, where she received the Best Student Award in 2014–2015—an honor that was earlier conferred on Dr. J. Jayalalithaa five decades earlier. She pursued her medical studies at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, USA, and is currently pursuing her postgraduate medical education in Texas. Alongside her academic achievements, she has also distinguished herself as a state-level swimmer and school sports captain.

The groom, Mr. Balaji, son of Mr. Thiruniraichelvan from Pollachi, is an engineer with DEL Company.

As part of this expansion, Amazon has launched two new FCs in Tamil Nadu – in Tiruvallur and Krishnagiri helping sellers in the region serve customers faster and creating hundreds of local work opportunities.
