These awards are a celebration of that spirit, honouring women who inspire others and proving that every woman has the power to rise, lead, and make a difference.”

Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, Senior Leader, BJP, said: “I have always been invited to various events to honour others for their achievements. But this is the first time I am being honoured myself, and that gives me immense happiness and gratitude.

I still remember sharing a small ‘Narukku Kavidhaigal’ during my first-year medical college assignment where I said, ‘Be positive because my blood group is B Positive.’ It was a simple line, but it carried a message about optimism and courage. Women should always remain strong and never give up in the face of challenges. Courage and ‘Thunichal’ should never leave a woman.

A woman should not just cross the barricades placed before her, but break them and walk over them with confidence. When women become bold and courageous, the entire world will eventually bow down to their strength and determination.”

அப்போது நான் சொன்ன பதிலும், இன்றும் என்னுடைய நம்பிக்கையும் அதேதான்! கடவுளின் ஆகச்சிறந்த படைப்பு பெண்கள்தான். பெண்களிடம் அளவில்லாத சக்தி, கருணை மற்றும் உறுதி இருக்கிறது. அவர்கள் மனதில் நினைக்கும் எதையும் சாதிக்க முடியும். பெண்கள் வெற்றி பெறும் போது, அந்த வெற்றிக்கான முழு அங்கீகாரமும் அவர்களுக்கு கிடைக்க வேண்டும். இந்த விருதுகள் அவர்களை கொண்டாடுவதற்காகவே உருவாக்கப்பட்டவை. மற்றவர்களுக்கு ஊக்கமளிக்கும் பெண்களை கௌரவித்து, முன்னேறவும் மற்றவர்களை வழிநடத்தவும், சமூகத்தில் பெண்களால் மாற்றத்தை உருவாக்க முடியும் எனவும் நிரூபிப்பதே இந்த நிகழ்வின் நோக்கம்” என்றார்.
