Verus Productions தயாரிப்பில் உருவாகி வரும் அறிவியல்–கிரைம் திரில்லர் திரைப்படமான ‘ROOT – Running Out of Time’ படத்தின் முதல் பார்வை (First Look) போஸ்டரை, தமிழ் சினிமாவின் உச்ச நட்சத்திரமான சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினிகாந்த் அவர்கள் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக வெளியிட்டார். இந்த தருணம் படக்குழுவினருக்கு மறக்க முடியாத, பெருமைமிக்க நினைவாக அமைந்தது.

‘ROOT’ படத்தின் முதல் பார்வை மற்றும் சில முக்கிய காட்சிகளை தலைவருக்கு நேரில் காண்பிக்கப்பட்டது. காட்சிகளை பார்த்த சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினிகாந்த் அவர்கள் படக்குழுவை வெகுவாக பாராட்டினார். மேலும், இப்படம் சிறப்பான வெற்றியை பெற வாழ்த்துகளையும் தெரிவித்தார். இந்த சந்திப்பு படக்குழுவினருக்கு மேலும் ஊக்கத்தையும் மகிழ்ச்சியையும் கொடுத்திருக்கிறது.

அறிமுக இயக்குநர் சூரியபிரதாப் S சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினிகாந்த் நடித்த ‘கோச்சடையான்’ திரைப்படத்தில் இணை இயக்குநராக . தற்போது ‘ROOT – Running Out of Time’ படத்தின் மூலம் தனது முதல் படத்தை இயக்கியிருக்கிறார்.

‘ROOT – Running Out of Time’ படத்தை சூரியபிரதாப் S எழுதி இயக்கியுள்ளார். இப்படத்தில் கௌதம் ராம் கார்த்திக் கதாநாயகனாக நடித்திருக்கிறார். அவருடன், தமிழில் அறிமுகமாகும் அபார்ஷக்தி குரானா, பாவ்யா திரிகா, Y. Gee. மகேந்திரன், பாவ்னி ரெட்டி, லிங்கா, RJ ஆனந்தி உள்ளிட்ட பலர் முக்கிய வேடங்களில் நடித்துள்ளனர். அறிவியல் , கிரைம் திரில்லர் உடன் , ஆழமான உணர்வுகளையும் இணைத்து, இக்கதை உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
சென்னை மற்றும் பல்வேறு இடங்களில் படமாக்கப்பட்ட இந்த திரைப்படம், தற்போது போஸ்ட் ப்ரோடுக்ஷன் பணிகளில் இருக்கிறது.

“வவ்வால் ” திரைப்படம் அனைத்து இந்திய மொழிகளிலிருந்தும் பிரபலமான நடிகர்களை ஒன்றிணைத்து, ‘ஆன்டிமாண்ட்ஸ்’ என்ற பதாகையின் கீழ் ஒரு காஸ்மிக் ஆக்‌ஷன் த்ரில்லராக தயாரிக்கப்படுகிறது.

ஒரு திரில்லர் ஆக்‌ஷன் படமான இந்தப் படம் தமிழ் ,தெலுங்கு, மலையாளம், இந்தி ஆகிய மொழிகளில் வெளியாக தயாராக இருக்கிறது.

மேற்கு தொடர்ச்சி மலைப்பகுதிகளில் இந்தபடத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு நடைபெற்று முடிவடைந்திருக்கிறது , வவ்வால் இரவில்தான் அதிகம் இரை தேடி தனது இருப்பிடம் விட்டு வெளியே வரும். அதுபோல இந்த படத்திலும் இரவில் உலவும் மனிதர்களின் மற்றுமொரு பக்கத்தை சுவாரஸ்யமாகவும் ஆக்சன் திரில்லராகவும் கலந்து எடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள்.

தமிழில் இருந்து நடிகர் முத்துக்குமார், இந்தியாவின் மிகப்பெரிய வில்லன் என்று அழைக்கப்படும் அபிமன்யு சிங், இந்தியாவின் சிறந்த நடிகர்களில் ஒருவரான மகரந்த் தேஷ்பாண்டே,

இயக்குனர் ஷாமன் பி. பரேலில் திரைக்கதை எழுதி, இயக்கியுள்ள இந்தப் படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு நிறைவடைந்துள்ளது. 2026 இல் வரவிருக்கும் பெரிய படங்களின் பட்டியலில் ‘வவ்வால்’ திரைப்படமும் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
