New Delhi, November 2, 2025: The spirit of India soared high as Netflix unveiled its upcoming series, Operation Safed Sagar —an ambitious retelling of the Indian Air Force’s pivotal role in the Kargil War — at the first-ever Sekhon Indian Air Force Marathon 2025 (SIM-25) in New Delhi. Created by Abhijeet Singh Parmar and Kushal Srivastava and directed by Oni Sen, the series is headlined by Siddharth, Jimmy Shergill, Abhay Verma, Mihir Ahuja, Taaruk Raina, and Arnav Bhasin, among others.
The marathon, held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi, brought together serving officers, veterans, dignitaries including Air Chief Marshal- AP Singh- Chief of the Airstaff, members of the press, and thousands of civilians united in pride for the Indian Air Force. Amid an atmosphere charged with patriotism, Netflix India’s VP of Content, Monika Shergill, and Series Head, Tanya Bami, unveiled the teaser of what promises to be Netflix’s biggest Indian series of 2026.
Produced by Matchbox Shots and Feel Good Films, and created with the support of the Indian Air Force, Operation Safed Sagar is a lesser known chapter of the Kargil War based on true events . It follows a story of IAF pilots who pushed beyond their limits to attempt a daring and dangerous mission to fight for their motherland.
Filmed extensively across operational Indian Air Force bases, the series features MiG aircrafts and IAF personnel and offers an authentic, high octane portrayal of heroism.

செகோன் இந்திய விமானப்படை மராத்தான் 2025 இன் தொடக்க விழாவில் ‘ஆபரேஷன் சஃபேத் சாகர்’ டீசரை நெட்ஃபிலிக்ஸ் வெளியிட்டது!
இந்திய விமானப்படையின் துணிச்சலையும் பாரம்பரியத்தையும் கௌரவிக்கும் வகையில், கார்கில் போரின் போது நடத்தப்பட்ட உலகின் மிக உயரமான விமான நடவடிக்கையின் (Air operation) கதையைச் சொல்கிறது நெட்ஃபிலிக்ஸின் இந்தத் தொடர்.
புது தில்லி, நவம்பர் 2, 2025: கார்கில் போரில் இந்திய விமானப்படையின் முக்கிய பங்கை எடுத்து சொல்லும் வகையில் நெட்ஃபிலிக்ஸில் வரவிருக்கும் தொடரான ’ஆபரேஷன் சஃபேத் சாகர்’ இருக்கிறது. புது தில்லியில் முதன்முதலில் நடைபெற்ற செகோன் இந்திய விமானப்படை மராத்தான் 2025 (SIM-25) இல் வெளியிட்டபோது இந்தியாவின் உற்சாகம் உச்சத்தை எட்டியது. அபிஜீத் சிங் பர்மர் மற்றும் குஷால் ஸ்ரீவஸ்தவா ஆகியோரால் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு ஓனி சென் இயக்கியுள்ள இந்தத் தொடரில் சித்தார்த், ஜிம்மி ஷெர்கில், அபய் வர்மா, மிஹிர் அஹுஜா, தாருக் ரெய்னா மற்றும் அர்னவ் பாசின் உள்ளிட்ட பலர் பணியாற்றியுள்ளனர்.

விரைவில் திரைக்கு வரவுள்ள நிலையில், இப்படத்தின் இசை வெளியீட்டு விழா, படக்குழுவினருடன் திரை பிரபலங்கள் கலந்துகொள்ள, பத்திரிக்கை ஊடக நண்பர்கள் முன்னிலையில் கோலாகலமாக நடைபெற்றது.

நடிகை ஆராதியா பேசியதாவது.., எல்லோருக்கும் வணக்கம். நான் திரையில் நன்றாக நடிக்க என்னோட டீமின் உழைப்பு தான் காரணம். என் இயக்குநர் தொழில் நுட்ப கலைஞர்கள் எல்லோருக்கும் நன்றி. ஶ்ரீகாந்த தேவா சாரின் இசையில் எனக்கு நாளாவது படம் நன்றி சார். ஆனந்த்ராஜ் சாரை சின்ன வயதிலிருந்து பார்த்து ரசித்துள்ளேன், அவருடன் நடித்தது மகிழ்ச்சி. சம்யுக்தா மேடமுடன் நடித்தது மகிழ்ச்சி. எனக்கு ஆங்கிலோ இண்டியன் கேரக்டர், ஆனால் ஒரு தமிழ்பெண்ணான என்னை நடிக்க வைத்த இயக்குநருக்கு நன்றி. மாரி செல்வராஜ் இண்டர்வியூவில் டெடிக்கேடிவாக இருந்ததால் நடிகைகளை மலையாளம் எனப் பார்க்காமல் நடிக்க வைத்தேன் என சொல்லியிருந்தார். நாங்களும் டெடிக்கேடிவாக தான் நடிக்கிறோம். தமிழிலும் நல்ல நடிகைகள் இருக்கிறோம் அவரது பார்வைக்குச் செல்லவில்லை என நினைக்கிறேன். பத்திரிகைகள் தான் கொண்டு சேர்க்க வேண்டும் நன்றி.

நடிகை ஷகீலா பேசியதாவது.., இப்படத்தில் மிக அழகான ஒரு கேரக்டர் செய்துள்ளேன். இயக்குநர் முகுந்தன் அவர்களுக்கு நன்றி. தோழி விஷ்ணுபிரியா தான் இந்த வாய்ப்பை வாங்கித் தந்தார். எனக்கு மேடை மேல் பேச பயம், ஆனால் ஆராதியா வேற லெவலில் பேசினார். என்னையும் எல்லோரும் சின்ன வயதிலிருந்து பார்த்து ரசிப்பதாகச் சொல்வார்கள், அதைப்பற்றிக் கவலைப்பட வேண்டாம் ஆனந்த்ராஜ் அண்ணா, நமக்கு எப்போதும் சின்ன வயசு தான். இந்தப்படம் கண்டிப்பாக மக்களுக்குப் பிடிக்கும். நன்றி.
நடிகை சம்யுக்தா பேசியதாவது.., தயாரிப்பாளர் அண்ணாதுரை சார் அதிகம் பேசி இன்று தான் கேட்டேன். அவர் மிக அமைதியான மனிதர். மிக நல்ல குணம் கொண்டவர், அவர் மனதுக்கு இப்படம் ஜெயிக்க வேண்டும். முகுந்தன் இப்படத்தை முழுக்க முழுக்க தன் தோளில் தாங்கியுள்ளார். ஆராதியா சொன்னது உண்மைதான். இன்று திரை வாய்ப்பு கிடைப்பது அவ்வளவு பிரச்சனையாக உள்ளது. கலர், மொழி, மட்டுமல்ல, திருமணம் ஆகியிருந்தால் நடிக்கக் கூப்பிடமாட்டார்கள். இது மாற வேண்டும். ஆனந்த்ராஜ் சாருடன் நடித்தது மகிழ்ச்சி. அவர் மிக ஜாலியானவர். எங்கள் எல்லோரையும் எப்போதும் சந்தோசமாக வைத்துக்கொள்வார். ஷகீலா மேடம் வேற லெவல் காமெடி செய்துள்ளார். ஶ்ரீகாந்த் தேவா நல்ல இசையைத் தந்துள்ளார். படம் நன்றாக வந்துள்ளது. படம் பார்த்து அனைவரும் ஆதரவு தாருங்கள் நன்றி.
இசையமைப்பாளர் ஶ்ரீகாந்த் தேவா பேசியதாவது.., இப்படத்தை வாழ்த்த வந்திருக்கும் அனைவருக்கும் நன்றி. ஒரு படத்தின் பாடல்கள் ஹிட்டாக முக்கிய காரணம் வரிகள் தான் பாடலாசிரியர் கு கார்த்திக் அவர்களுக்கு என் நன்றிகள். படத்தில் இரண்டு பாடல்தான், ஒரு இடத்தில் இன்னொரு பாடல் வைக்கலாம் எனத் தோன்றியது முகுந்தன் சார் பட்ஜெட் இடிக்கும் என்றார், நான் செய்து தருகிறேன் என்று செய்துள்ளேன். முகுந்தன் முதல் படத்திலேயே எல்லா கமர்ஷியல் அம்சங்களும் படத்தை அழகாக இயக்கியுள்ளார். ஆனந்த்ராஜ் மிக நன்றாகச் செய்துள்ளார் அவருக்கு நானும் ரசிகன். இந்தப்படத்தில் அப்பா ஒரு பாடல் பாடியுள்ளார். முதல் படம் எடுக்கும் அண்ணாதுரை சார், நீங்கள் தொடர்ந்து படமெடுப்பீர்கள் வாழ்த்துக்கள். மீடியா நண்பர்கள் இப்படத்தைப் பற்றி நன்றாக எழுதுங்கள் நன்றி.
இயக்குநர் பேரரசு பேசியதாவது.., நான் கைக்குழந்தையாக இருக்கும் போது அம்மா என்னை அழைத்துப் போன படம் ஆனந்த்ராஜ் படம் தான். அவர் படங்கள் பார்த்துத் தான் வளர்ந்தேன். ஶ்ரீகாந்த் தேவா பாடல்களில் அசத்திவிடுவார். மெலடி பாடல் கேட்டால் மட்டும் எனக்கு போட்டு தர மாட்டார். சிவகாசி படத்தில் ஒரு அழகான மெலடி பாடல் தந்தார் ஆனால் அதைப் படத்தில் வைக்கவில்லை. நான் படத்தில் வைக்கமாட்டேன் என மெலடி போட்டுத்தர மாட்டார். ஆராதியா தீயாக பேசினார். எந்த பயமும் இல்லாமல் பேசினார். தமிழில் உங்களுக்கு நல்ல வாய்ப்புகள் வரும். ஆனந்த்ராஜ் சாரை அப்போதெல்லாம் பார்த்தால் பயமாக இருக்கும் அவர் ஹீயுமர் செய்ய ஆரம்பித்த பிறகு, இப்போது பார்க்கும் போது புன்னகை வருகிறது. இந்தப்பட வெற்றிக்குப்பிறகு மதுரை மாஃபியா கம்பெனி, கோவை மாஃபியா கம்பெனி எனத் தொடர்ந்து நடிக்க வாழ்த்துக்கள். படம் வெற்றி பெற வாழ்த்துக்கள்.
