The unorganized handloom sector, which predominantly employs rural, semi-rural, and tribal communities, is profoundly impacted by socio-economic shifts, political dynamics, and climate changes.

Directed by the talented Edmon Ranson, making his directorial debut, “Life in Loom” showcases his prior experience as a cinematographer for short films and assistant director in the Tamil film industry.
The documentary has garnered acclaim at several prestigious film festivals, including being selected for the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) and the Madurai International Documentary Film Festival.
