100th day celebrated in style by fans with special screening at Chennai Maduravoyal AGS
Amid much anticipation, Thalapathy Vijay-starrer ‘The Greatest of All Time’ (G.O.A.T) was released worldwide on September 5 to an overwhelming response.
Achieving massive global success and grossing over ₹460 crore, the mega blockbuster which is the Number One film in the box office for 2024 has touched its 100th day. To celebrate this milestone, a special screening was held with enthusiastic participation from fans at AGS Maduravoyal, Chennai.
‘G.O.A.T’ has emerged as the biggest success story among Tamil films released this year. The film provided a grand cinematic spectacle exceeding all expectations.
Produced by Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh and Kalpathi S Suresh of AGS Entertainment on a massive scale and directed by Venkat Prabhu, the action entertainer brought together an ensemble cast, headlined by Thalapathy Vijay in a dual role. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film also featured Prabhudheva and Prashanth sharing the screen with Thalapathy Vijay for the first time.
The film also starred equally stellar talent, with notable names like Mohan, Ajmal Ameer, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Sneha, Laila, Vaibhav, Yogi Babu, Premgi Amaren, Yugendran, VTV Ganesh, and Aravind Akash.

ரசிகர்கள் பேரார்வத்துடன் எதிர்பார்த்த தளபதி விஜய்யின் ‘கோட்’ திரைப்படம் செப்டம்பர் 5 அன்று வெளியாகி உலகெங்கும் பெரும் வெற்றி பெற்று ரூபாய் 460+ கோடி வசூல் செய்து 2024ம் ஆண்டின் நெம்பர் 1 பாக்ஸ் ஆபிஸ் வெற்றி திரைப்படமாக நூறாவது நாளை நிறைவு செய்துள்ளது.
இந்த ஆண்டு வெளியான தமிழ் திரைப்படங்களில் மாபெரும் வெற்றிப் படமாக உருவெடுத்துள்ள ‘கோட்’ திரைப்படத்தின் நூறாவது நாளை கொண்டாடும் விதமாக சென்னை மதுரவாயலில் உள்ள ஏ ஜி எஸ் திரையரங்கில் ரசிகர்களின் உற்சாக பங்கேற்புடன் சிறப்பு காட்சி திரையிடப்பட்டது.
2024ம் வருடத்தின் மிக பிரம்மாண்ட திரைப்படங்களில் ஒன்றான ‘கோட்’ படத்தை ஏ ஜி எஸ் எண்டர்டெயின்மென்ட் நிறுவனத்தின் 25வது படைப்பாக கல்பாத்தி எஸ். அகோரம், கல்பாத்தி எஸ். கணேஷ் மற்றும் கல்பாத்தி எஸ். சுரேஷ் ஆகியோர் பெரும் பொருட்செலவில் தயாரித்தனர்.
வெங்கட் பிரபு இயக்கிய ‘கோட்’ திரைப்படத்தில் தளபதி விஜய் இரண்டு முற்றிலும் மாறுபட்ட வேடங்களில் நடித்திருந்தார். அதிரடி ஆக்ஷன் படமான இதில் தளபதி விஜய் உடன் பிரசாந்த் மற்றும் பிரபுதேவா முதல்முறையாக நடித்திருந்தனர். யுவன் ஷங்கர் ராஜா இசையமைத்திருந்தார்.
பிரபல நட்சத்திரங்களான மோகன், அஜ்மல் அமீர், மீனாட்சி செளத்ரி, சினேகா, லைலா, வைபவ், யோகி பாபு, பிரேம்ஜி அமரன், யுகேந்திரன், வி டி வி கணேஷ் மற்றும் அரவிந்த் ஆகாஷ் ஆகியோர் முக்கிய வேடங்களில் நடித்தனர்.
திரைப்படத்தின் வெற்றி குறித்து பேசிய ஏஜிஎஸ் எண்டர்டெயின்மென்ட் தலைமை செயல் அதிகாரி அர்ச்சனா கல்பாத்தி, “தளபதி விஜய், இயக்குநர் வெங்கட் பிரபு, இசையமைப்பாளர் யுவன் ஷங்கர் ராஜா மற்றும் குழுவினருடன் இணைந்து ‘கோட்’ திரைப்படத்தை ரசிகர்களுக்கு வழங்கியதில் ஏஜிஎஸ் எண்டர்டெயின்மென்ட் பெருமிதம் அடைகிறது. இந்த மாபெரும் வெற்றியை படக்குழுவினருக்கும் ரசிகர்களுக்கும் சமர்ப்பிக்கிறோம்,” என்று கூறினார்.
