Produced by Pugazh and Eden on behalf of ZHEN STUDIOS and directed by Ashok Kumar Kalaivani, “Nee Forever” stars promising newcomers Sudharsan Govind and Archenaa Ravi in lead roles. The film beautifully blends romance and comedy, exploring the modern relationship struggles of today’s Gen-Z generation.
Set against the backdrop of today’s digital world, the story revolves around a couple who meet via a modern dating app—and the unexpected consequences that follow. With a youthful vibe, “Nee Forever” is a charming romantic drama crafted to resonate with audiences of all age groups.
Sudharsan Govind, winner of Nalaiya Iyakkunar Season 6, plays the male lead, while Archenaa Ravi, who was crowned Miss South India, makes her Tamil cinema debut as the female lead. The film also features a stellar ensemble including Y.G. Mahendran, Nizhalgal Ravi, M.J. Sriram, Rethika Srinivas, Chella, Brunda, Dr. Vidhya, Pradosh, Snehaka Sakthi, and more.
Following the success of Tharunam, this marks ZHEN STUDIOS’ second production venture.
The film, initially scheduled for 32 shooting days, was efficiently completed in just 27 days. Shot across 20 iconic locations in Chennai, the movie captures the city’s vibrant spirit. Additional scenes were filmed in and around Pollachi, showcasing the region’s natural beauty.
With post-production now complete, the team is actively working toward the film’s release. An official release date will be announced soon.
