Sultry siren Lakshmi Manchu who has been raking in rave reviews for her role in Monster alongside the living legend Mohanlal adds another feather to her cap. The south diva bagged the award for Best Versatile actor at a recently held awards function in Hyderabad. Owning the stage in a modern Holographic fabric pant suit and black tube top Lakshmi strode off to glory thanking her family and friends for the win. She wore her hair loose neatly styled in a middle parting and teamed it up with oversized earrings to complete the look. “It was truly humbling and exciting at the same time to receive this award in front of my friends and family. It was super special for me to receive this award from Shalu Bhupal, who I have literally known since my school days. Most importantly I have to thank Mohanlal Sir and the entire crew of Monster who helped me push the envelope”, Lakshmi signed off.

தென்னிந்தியாவையும் தாண்டி, பாலிவுட், ஹாலிவுட் என பள தளங்களில் வலம் வரும் நடிகை லக்ஷ்மி மஞ்சு, நடிகையாக மட்டும் இன்றி இயக்குநர், தயாரிப்பாளர் என பன்முகத்திறன் கொண்டவராக ஜொலிக்கிறார்.
இந்த நிலையில், 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான ஹால் ஆஃப் ஃபேம் விருதுகள் தெற்கு (Hall of Fame Awards South 2023) சமீபத்தில் வழங்கப்பட்டது. இதில் நடிகை லக்ஷ்மி மஞ்சுக்கு ‘மான்ஸ்டர்’ படத்திற்காக சிறந்த பல்சுவை நடிகைக்கான (Best Versatile Actor) விருது வழங்கப்பட்டது.
இந்திய சினிமாவின் முன்னணி நடிகர்களில் ஒருவரான மோகன்லாலுடன் லக்ஷ்மி மஞ்சு இணைந்து நடித்த ‘மான்ஸ்டர்’ மிகப்பெரிய வரவேற்பு பெற்றதோடு, பல விவாதங்களையும் ஏற்படுத்தியது. மிக தைரியமான வேடத்தில் லக்ஷ்மி மஞ்சி சிறப்பான நடிப்பை வெளிப்படுத்தி பாராட்டை பெற்றிருந்தார்.
தற்போது ‘மான்ஸ்டர்’ படத்திற்காக விருதுகளை குவிக்க தொடங்கியுள்ள லக்ஷ்மி மஞ்சு, தென்னிந்தியாவின் சிறந்த பல்சுவை நடிகையாக ஹால் ஆஃப் ஃபேம் மூலம் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
விருதை பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நடிகை லக்ஷ்மி மஞ்சு, “இந்த விருதை எனது நண்பர்கள் மற்றும் குடும்பத்தினர் முன்னிலையில் பெறுவது உண்மையிலேயே பணிவாகவும் அதே நேரத்தில் உற்சாகமாகவும் இருந்தது. எனது பள்ளிப் பருவத்திலிருந்தே நான் அறிந்த ஷாலு பூபாலிடம் இருந்து இந்த விருதைப் பெறுவது எனக்கு மிகவும் சிறப்பு வாய்ந்தது. மிக முக்கியமாக மோகன்லால் சாருக்கும், ’மான்ஸ்டர்’ படக்குழுவினருக்கும் எனது நன்றியை தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறேன்.” என்று கூறினார்.
