IndiGo repatriated 213 Indian citizens from Uzbekistan
– Operates 1st passenger charter from Tashkent-Delhi
National, Aug 11, 2020: Continuing with its commitment to support the repatriation efforts, IndiGo operated a special charter flight from Uzbekistan to bring back stranded Indian citizens. The IndiGo flight 6E 8516 from Tashkent to Delhi transferred a total of 213 passengers on August 07, 2020. The flight was operated with the assistance of Embassy of India in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and Sentro Group. IndiGo operated the flight while adhering to all the precautionary measures, ensuring a safe and hassle-free flying experience for the passengers.
