Veteran Writer and director VC Guganathan has an experience of working in more than 250 films in his 55-year career in Tamil cinema. He worked as a story writer for the films of Puratchi Thalaivar MGR and Nadigar Thilagam Sivaji Ganesan. He directed almost 25 films including two hits starring Superstar Rajinikanth. Presently, VC Guganathan has written the story for the film ‘Kavi Aavi Naduvula Devi’ produced by Aarooran . Starring Ram Sundar and Priyanka in the lead roles, Yogi Babu plays a pivotal role and along with 11 different villains. The film also stars Thambi Ramaiah, Naan Kadavul Rajendran, Imman Annachi and others in supporting roles.
Srikanth Deva has composed the music for the film. Ganesan has done the cinematography and editing by Raj Keerthy. The trailer of this film is out now. Speaking about the story of this film, writer and director VC Guganathan says, “This is the 275th film for which I am writing the story. In my 55 years of experience in the film industry, I try something new in every film. In that way, I have created the story of this film by adding comedy.
The film is a laugh riot. 3 corpses are hung in the center of the city. The police are seriously investigating who killed these people and committed anarchy such as kidnapping and rowdyism. Even in the medical examination, the police are struggling to find the culprits when the definite result is not known whether they were killed or committed suicide. A young woman named Tukhara, who works as an investigative journalist at Baba Cable TV in the area, challenges the police to find out who committed these three murders and let people know the truth. The story is about who finds the killers on these two sides. I have presented this entirely with humour”. Superstar Rajinikanth who launched the trailer, has heaped praises saying it is very interesting. The final stages of the film are currently in full swing.

தமிழ்த்திரையுலகில் 55 வருட திரையுலக பயணத்தில் 250 படங்களுக்கு மேல் பணியாற்றிய அனுபவம் கொண்டவர் கதாசிரியரும் இயக்குனருமான வி.சி.குகநாதன். புரட்சித்தலைவர் எம்ஜிஆர், நடிகர் திலகம் சிவாஜி கணேசன் ஆகியோரின் படங்களுக்கு கதாசிரியராக பணியாற்றியவர். சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினிகாந்த் நடிப்பில் இரண்டு வெற்றி படங்கள் உட்பட கிட்டத்தட்ட 25 படங்கள் வரை இயக்கியவர்
தற்போது சினி கம்பைன்ஸ் சார்பில் ஆரூரான் தயாரிப்பில் உருவாகும் ‘காவி ஆவி நடுவுல தேவி’ என்கிற படத்திற்கு கதை எழுதியுள்ளார் வி.சி குகநாதன் இந்த படத்தை பல படங்களுக்கு வசனம் எழுதிய புகழ்மணி திரைக்கதை, வசனம் எழுதி இயக்கியுள்ளார். ராம்சுந்தர், பிரியங்கா இருவரும் நாயகன் நாயகியாக நடித்துள்ள இந்த படத்தில் நகைச்சுவை யோகிபாபு, மிக முக்கியமான வேடத்தில் நடித்துள்ளதுடன் 11 விதமான கெட்டப்புகளில் நடித்துள்ளார். மேலும் இந்த படத்தில் தம்பி ராமையா, நான் கடவுள் ராஜேந்திரன், இமான் அண்ணாச்சி உள்ளிட்ட பலர் நடித்துள்ளனர்.
ஸ்ரீகாந்த் தேவா இசையமைக்கும் இந்த படத்தின் ஒளிப்பதிவை கணேசனும் படத்தொகுப்பை ராஜ் கீர்த்தியும் மேற்கொண்டுள்ளனர். இந்தப்படத்தின் டிரைலர் தற்போது வெளியாகியுள்ளது. இந்த படத்தின் கதை பற்றி கதாசிரியரும் இயக்குனருமான வி.சி.குகநாதன் கூறும்போது, “இது நான் கதை எழுதும் 275வது படம். என்னுடைய 55 வருட திரையுலக அனுபவத்தில் ஒவ்வொரு படத்திலும் புதிது புதிதாக ஏதாவது ஒரு விஷயத்தை முயற்சிப்பேன். அந்த வகையில் காமெடி கலந்து இந்த படத்தின் கதையை உருவாக்கி உள்ளேன்.
நகரத்தில் மையப்பகுதியில் 3 சடலங்கள் தொங்க விடப்பட்டுள்ளன. கடத்தல், ரவுடியிசம் என அராஜகம் பண்ணிய இவர்களை கொன்றது யார் என போலீஸ் தீவிரமாக விசாரிக்கிறது. மருத்துவ பரிசோதனையில் கூட இவர்கள் கொல்லப்பட்டார்களா, தற்கொலை செய்து கொண்டார்களா என்கிற உறுதியான முடிவு தெரியாத நிலையில் போலீசார் குற்றவாளிகளை கண்டுபிடிக்க திணறுகின்றனர். அந்த பகுதியில் பாபா கேபிள் டிவியில் புலனாய்வு பத்திரிக்கையாளராக பணியாற்றும் அதிசயா என்கிற இளம்பெண், போலீசாரே கண்டுபிடிக்க திணறும் இந்த மூன்று கொலைகளை செய்தது யார் என்று நான் கண்டுபிடித்து மக்களுக்கு உண்மையை தெரியப்படுத்துவேன் என சவால் விடுகிறார்.
இந்த இரண்டு தரப்பில் யார் கொலையாளிகளை கண்டுபிடிக்கிறார்கள் என்பது தான் கதை. இதை முழுக்க முழுக்க நகைச்சுவை கலந்து கொடுத்திருக்கிறேன். தற்போது இந்தப்படத்தின் டிரைலர் வெளியாகியுள்ளது. சூப்பர்ஸ்டார் ரஜினிகாந்த் இந்த டிரைலரை பார்த்துவிட்டு ரொம்ப இன்ட்ரஸ்டிங்காக இருக்கு என்று பாராட்டி உள்ளார்” என்று கூறியுள்ளார். இந்த படத்தின் இறுதிக்கட்ட பணிகள் தற்போது விறுவிறுப்பாக நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
